The equipment needs to be versatile and strong because they should be durable apart from being efficient because you cannot afford to replace them after a short while and run a successful business.

I also thought about this when I was choosing furniture for the kitchen. I didn't regret spending more, but I'm sure it will stay in one piece. Recently my son hung on the cabinet door, the old one broke right away. Having to spend time and money on repairs is disappointing.
