Hello,
I'm coordinating my first craft show. We have 73 vendors, 30 direct sales, 43 hand made items. It's a fund raiser for our local high school marching band and guard.
It's held inside our school, and we have an area for concessions. Personally,
I'd like us to see quick and easy food: cookies donated by band families, hot dogs, chips, drinks, candy. Easy to carry around or sit at tables.
I've enlisted the help of a friend to be the coordinator of the concession area. She's suggesting soup. I just don't see that as being easy for a shopper, who hopefully is carrying bags, exchanging money, etc.
